What is the selection process for IAs? When will I hear if I have been selected?New IAs are selected based on an application followed by an interview. The most important qualities we are looking for are mission-alignment, leadership, flexibility, equity-mindedness, dependability, and collaboration. Returning IAs will complete a written application. Applicants will be notified of their application status on a rolling basis. All applicants will receive a final decision notification by the end of March.
